Zeppelin Danmark A/S reserves the right to increase the price of machines and parts imported from the USA in the event of changes in customs duties or tax rates. The price increase shall be limited to the total amount of the imposed customs duties, taxes, and any direct or indirect additional costs that Zeppelin Danmark A/S may incur as a result of said changes in customs duties or tax rates.

The customer shall, under no circumstances, be entitled to seek any remedies for breach of contract against Zeppelin Danmark A/S arising from price increases, delays, or non-delivery of goods resulting from such changes in customs duties or tax rates, or the imposition of trade sanctions on purchased machines or parts.

Additionally, Zeppelin Danmark A/S disclaims any liability for direct or indirect losses that customers and/or third parties may incur due to price increases, delays, or non-delivery caused by said circumstances.

All other terms and conditions of Zeppelin Danmark A/S’ terms of sales and delivery shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
