Implementation of a New IT System
On May 6, 2026, Zeppelin Danmark A/S will transition to a new IT system. The system, called NAXT, will optimize our daily operations with improved and faster service and business processes.
We expect that the implementation of NAXT may lead to unforeseen challenges for both us and our customers. Below, we would like to inform you about how we will handle any potential challenges and what this means for you as a customer.
Important Notice – Week 18
(April 24 – May 5)
Shutdown of Current IT System
From Friday, April 24 to Tuesday, May 5, our current IT systems will be shut down. During this period, we will not be able to issue invoices or credit notes, and our order systems will be unavailable.
Our sales and service staff will continue working during this time using manual processes; however, not all items will be available for ordering.
Throughout week 18, we will be working on implementing our new IT systems. We expect to be fully operational with the new system on Wednesday, May 6.
