CAT REMOTE FLEET VISION & REMOTE ASSET MONITORING

Cat Remote Fleet Vision (RFV) and Remote Asset Monitoring (RAM) give you the customized data you need to identify and fix problems quickly—often before they result in costly repairs and unplanned downtime.

Choose the functions that best suit your purpose. Whether you aim to improve efficiency, reduce risk, reduce costs or increase your bottom line, the data is at your fingertips via any satellite, mobile or local network connection.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Cat Remote Fleet Vision works with your engine’s product link hardware. The system uses current data from your Cat engine(s). The data are converted in real-time into clear and easy-to-understand graphics that you can monitor from any PC, tablet or smartphone. Cat RFV provides insight into, among other things, hours, fuel consumption, load profile, alarms and location. This gives you an overview of the engine’s performance, how it is being used and what condition it is in.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RFV & RAM?

Cat RFV is a product for the marine segment, where Cat RAM is used for the Energy segment. Both systems provide access to the same data and have the same advantages.
